Service Description

This wild edibles immersion is going to be a deep dive into the wonderful world of foraging! We will cover everything from sustainable and regenerative foraging, to preparation of gourmet meals for your friends and family from nutritious, delicious wild edibles. Each class will include 90 minutes to 2 hours of plant identification and habitat exploration, followed by 90 minutes to 2 hours of food processing and preparation in the kitchen. Throughout the course there will be numerous opportunities to take home, cuttings, seeds and root divisions to help you create a more forageable habitat wherever you like.
