Known by a few names, Honeyberry Shrub or Haskap Bush, its botanical designation is Lonicera caerulea. This berry producing shrub is exceptionally cold hardy all the way to zone 2! The berries range from sweet, with very little acidity to sour, and very acidic depending on variety and ripeness.
